Teams select their top 5 ideas and evaluate them using a decision matrix with weighted criteria: alignment to user quotes (40%), clarity of light symbolism (30%), cultural accuracy (20%), and feasibility with classroom materials (10%). Teams score each idea 1–5 per category, total the scores, and identify their top 2 concepts. If disagreement occurs, teams must reference interview evidence to justify scores.
