🗣️ User Testing & Feedback Capture

Teams test their paper prototype with at least one real user (interviewed community member via call or invited guest) or, if unavailable, a different group acting as users using provided testing protocol. Testers respond to prompts about clarity of cultural symbolism, emotional impact, and representation of identity. Teams document what users say and do, noting surprises and points of confusion.
