🧩 Mosaic of Heritage Kickoff

Students examine projected images of Arab geometric patterns, mosque architecture (domes, arches, minarets), and contemporary Arab American artworks. In a guided discussion, they respond to the essential questions and identify how patterns and architecture communicate identity across time. The teacher introduces the design challenge: create artwork and installations rooted in real community stories, not assumptions.
