👤 Empathy Map & Persona Build

Using a scaffolded template, students complete an empathy map (Says, Thinks, Does, Feels) with specific cited quotes in each quadrant. They then draft a one-paragraph persona that summarizes motivations, needs, and challenges, embedding at least two direct quotes as evidence.
