Students transfer at least 8 direct quotes and observations from their interview transcripts onto color-coded sticky notes (one idea per note). In small groups, they cluster notes into themes (e.g., identity, daily challenges, sources of pride, unseen labor) and label each cluster with a short insight statement. Groups photograph their final affinity map for their digital portfolio.
