🧠 Empathy Map: Say–Think–Feel–Wonder

Using a scaffolded template, students synthesize interview notes into an empathy map with four quadrants: Says, Thinks, Feels, Wonders. They highlight patterns across both users and circle one non-obvious insight that challenges their initial assumptions.
