🧠 Empathy Map Creation

Using a scaffolded empathy map template (Says, Thinks, Feels, Values), students synthesize their interview evidence. They underline direct quotes and distinguish between observations and inferences using two different colors. Students add a short reflection in their journal about how their initial assumptions changed.
