Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Content Expertise MS-ESS2-3 Submission Required

Students use a structured Claim–Evidence–Reasoning template in their Tectonic Investigation Field Notebook to draft a 2–3 paragraph conclusion answering their original research question. They must reference at least two specific data sources (fossil maps, seafloor age maps, rock distribution charts, or continental fit diagrams) and explicitly connect patterns identified in Phase 4 to past plate motions.
