🧠 Empathy Map Creation

Individually, students synthesize interview evidence into a four-quadrant empathy map (Says, Thinks, Does, Feels). They must use real quotes and highlight patterns across users. Students add one section labeled 'Design Implications' listing emerging needs related to landslide preparedness.
