Teams rehearse a 3–4 minute presentation that traces: key user insight (with quote), HMW statement, major ideation choice, two prototype changes from testing (including digital forum or playtest feedback), and remaining questions. Peers use a quick checklist to give warm and cool feedback on clarity and evidence use.
