🔄 Iteration Log & Prototype V2

Using playtest notes, teams revise their prototype to create Version 2 with visible changes (rules, board layout, card wording, or mechanics). They complete an iteration log documenting: what was tested, what users said/did, what changed, and why those changes better meet the user need identified in their HMW statement.
