In teams, students write key user quotes or needs from their individual interviews (minimum 4 per student) on sticky notes. Teams cluster similar ideas (e.g., arrow direction confusion, energy misunderstanding, vocabulary mix-ups) and label each cluster with a theme. Students look for patterns across at least four total users and note one non-obvious insight that emerged.
