🗣️ Real User Interviews

Students conduct live interviews (in person, by phone, or video call) with at least one authentic user during class time and schedule a second outside of class within 24 hours. They record direct quotes, note misconceptions about oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange, and document observed reactions. Emphasis is placed on listening without correcting the user.
