🎤 Interviewing for Empathy

Mini-lesson on how to conduct effective user interviews. Model open-ended questions about photosynthesis and respiration, active listening strategies, and neutral follow-up prompts. Students practice revising weak questions into stronger ones and prepare a 5-question protocol to use with a 4th grader, family member, or school staff member.
