🧪 New User Testing Protocol

Teams use a structured testing script to guide one new user (not previously involved) through interacting with their lamp, desk organizer, or art piece. Students collect at least 3 direct quotes, observe usability behaviors, and ask targeted questions about functionality, stability, and visual appeal. Feedback is recorded in a testing log aligned to volume, surface area, and cost-efficiency decisions.
