🎤 User Interview Skills Workshop

Students analyze sample interview questions and revise them to be open-ended and non-leading. The class models active listening strategies and practices follow-up prompts in pairs. Students create a 6–8 question interview protocol focused on workspace habits, storage needs, lighting preferences, and frustrations.
