🧠 Empathy Map Creation

Using interview notes and observation logs, students complete a structured empathy map (Says, Thinks, Does, Feels) for one primary user. They highlight direct quotes in a different color and identify patterns across their two interviews. Students write a short paragraph summarizing the user’s most important need related to storage, lighting, or efficiency.
