Each student creates a one-page persona based on a real interviewed user, including a short background, 2–3 direct quotes, key needs, and challenges related to Thanksgiving and gratitude. Students then draft a Point-of-View (POV) statement: "[User] needs a way to… because…" grounded in evidence.
