🗣️ Thanksgiving & Gratitude Interviews

Students conduct live interviews with at least one real user (peer, invited staff member, or family member via phone/video if pre-arranged) using the protocol. They document detailed notes and capture at least three direct quotes about personal Thanksgiving experiences, cultural perspectives, and perceived benefits of gratitude.
