🧠 Empathy Map Creation

Using interview notes, students complete an empathy map with Says, Thinks, Feels, and Needs sections. They highlight evidence-based statements in one color and interpretations in another to distinguish facts from assumptions. Students include at least one non-obvious need discovered from the interview.
