✏️ Drafting HMW Questions

The teacher models how to turn a user need into a focused "How Might We" question that does not name a solution. Students individually draft 2–3 HMW questions for their chosen user (e.g., a refugee parent, a local shop owner, a student). Each draft includes a short rationale citing at least two pieces of evidence from interviews or primary sources.
