🎤 Chef Interview & Assumption Check

In pairs, students conduct a structured 5–7 minute interview with the chef using prepared questions about resizing recipes, common errors, and useful tools. Before interviewing, each pair lists two assumptions they have about what makes scaling hard; after the interview, they revise or confirm those assumptions using direct quotes. Students capture at least three direct quotes in their notes.
