🎤 New User Testing Protocol Practice

Teacher models how to facilitate a short usability test using a checklist (welcome script, observe silently, ask 3 follow-up questions, record quotes). Students practice in teams using their existing prototype and a feedback capture sheet with columns for 'What worked,' 'What was confusing,' and 'User quotes.' Emphasis is placed on listening without defending the design.
