🗣️ User Testing Protocol & Feedback Notes

Students develop 4–5 open-ended testing questions and conduct a live 10-minute test with a peer from another team acting as their target user (using the original empathy map for role accuracy). Testers observe what the user reads first, what confuses them, and what questions they ask. Students document direct quotes and note at least one misconception revealed during testing.
