🗣️ Live User Interviews

Students conduct one live interview during class with a pre-arranged school staff member (custodian, office staff, or facilities representative) about heating/cooling experiences. Students record direct quotes and note observed concerns in structured notes. They identify at least one surprising insight or misconception about heat pumps.
