🎤 Interviewing for Empathy Workshop

Teacher models an effective user interview using a volunteer and a projected interview protocol focused on heating costs, comfort, and sustainability priorities. Students analyze the difference between open-ended and leading questions, then draft 5–7 open-ended questions in pairs. Emphasis is placed on listening skills, capturing direct quotes, and avoiding technical explanations during interviews.
