🧪 Dynamic Matter Lab

Students rotate through quick phenomenon stations: creating Oobleck (cornstarch + water), observing ice melting in warm water, and examining a sealed syringe to model gas compression. They record detailed observations (shape, volume, particle movement inferences) in their Matter Memory Book and list at least five “I notice/I wonder” statements connected to solids, liquids, and gases.
