📊 User-Weighted Decision Matrix

Teams select their top 5 ideas and evaluate them using a decision matrix with weighted criteria: alignment to user quotes (most weight), climate effectiveness, sustainability impact, and feasibility for a middle school prototype. Students score each idea 1–5 per category and calculate totals to identify the top 2–3 concepts.
