📝 Iteration Log & Evidence Update

Teams review new user feedback and make final revisions to their prototype, display board, or slides. They update their Punnett square explanations, pedigree interpretation paragraph, and trait justification chart to clearly link each major feature to both genetic evidence and user needs. Changes from Prototype V2 are highlighted in a different color in the iteration log.
