🧠 Clustering Pet Owner Insights

Students transfer key quotes and observations from their two user interviews onto sticky notes (one insight per note). In small groups, they sort notes into theme clusters (e.g., allergies, apartment living, energy level, grooming time) and label each cluster. Groups identify at least one surprising or non-obvious pattern across users.
