Teams present their revised design brief in a short teacher conference and show the evidence trail from user research, materials analysis, fuel reasoning, and environmental criteria. The teacher uses a milestone rubric to check readiness for Phase 4, and teams make final edits on the spot if a criterion is missing. Only briefs that show clear evidence, supported assumptions, and measurable criteria move forward to concept prototyping.
