🧩 Problem Themes and Need Statements

Teams cluster all notes, quotes, and observations into theme cards, then draft two to three need statements for the future car project. During peer critique, each team gives feedback to 2 peers, receives feedback from peers, and revises its strongest need statement using evidence tags from interviews, material observations, and environmental clues. The teacher confers to push teams toward clear, user-centered language instead of favorite solutions.
