Students present their tri-fold investigation boards, notebooks, healthy menu designs, and exercise demonstrations to families, school staff, the nutritionist, and the fitness instructor. Each team explains their methodology, shows picture-graph data, states conclusions with limitations, and answers at least one audience question. Exercise videos play during the event and students lead a short routine.
