🧪 User Testing Protocol Workshop

Teams review a simple user testing protocol template and refine their interview questions and observation checklist for testing their Food Access Connect website. Students practice asking open-ended questions, recording quotes, and collecting feedback using a shared Google Form. Each team prepares a printed or digital feedback tool for community partner testing.
