🗣️ User Testing Protocol Workshop

Teams review a simple user-testing protocol for booths and webpages, including how to ask open-ended questions, record feedback on a shared Google Form, and observe user reactions. The class co-creates 5 required feedback questions aligned to empathy, clarity, and call to action. Students rehearse roles (greeter, note-taker, presenter) for the advisory panel visit.
