Students and invited elders share generational objects in a facilitated dialogue circle. Students practice active listening, take structured notes on a User Empathy Capture Sheet (quotes, emotions, surprises), and ask at least one follow-up question. This launch immerses students in real voices and lived experiences that will guide their documentary direction.
