Essential Question
Students engage with real members of their school community through short interviews and guided observations of classrooms and hallways. They practice listening, asking gentle questions, and noting everyday school experiences to understand the challenges and supports students encounter.

- Arrange movement-friendly spaces for interviews and transitions.
- Create visual aids and gestures to guide students on how to ask questions and take notes respectfully.
- Coordinate with community partners, including teachers and staff, on interview schedules.
- Set up floor spots or seating arrangement for circle discussion in the class with visual cues.
