Deliverable

Pollination Problem Framing

Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Content Expertise 2-LS4-1 Submission Required

Students work in small groups to define a local pollination challenge. They gather observations from around the school grounds, listen to ideas from peers and a nearby gardener or community member, and craft a Point-of-View statement from the perspective of a pollination helper. Each group writes 2–3 How Might We questions to explore solutions, creates simple persona cards (Gardener, Bee, Plant), and builds a basic systems map showing how pollinators, plants, weather, and people connect. Artifacts are drawn with pictures and short labels to ensure clear understanding for all learners. The deliverable will be produced on day 12 as part of their final Define phase output to guide later inquiry.
