Biosphere Pizza Showcase

Students present their final biosphere pizza slices to an authentic audience including peers, teachers, and domain experts. They explain how each level of biological organization is represented on their slice, illustrate the organism’s role and ecosystem interactions, and reflect on how user feedback informed revisions. The presentation documents their design process with empathy artifacts, prototype iterations, and user testing results, and shows how feedback was integrated. The assessment aligns with rubric dimensions: User Understanding, Problem Definition, Creative Problem-Solving, Prototyping & Iteration, and Communication & Presentation.
