Weather Sketches

Students fold paper into 4 boxes that are labeled with each season (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) and complete a fast sketch round (2 minutes per box) to push beyond their first ideas. Prompts for each season include: different changes of transportation, changes of clothing, changes of community spaces, during each season. After sketching, teams sort ideas into categories (transportation, clothing, buildings, communication) using different colored circles (green for transportation, red for clothing, and blue for community spaces).
