Teams use their empathy map to draft a large poster with a specific "How Might We" question (e.g., "How might we create a low-cost, tummy-safe treat for shelter dogs with sensitive digestion?"). They add a 3–4 sentence rationale that includes: the user, the need, and at least two pieces of evidence (quote, text detail, or observation). Teams participate in a gallery walk where peers give one star and one suggestion to check that the problem is based on evidence, not guesses. Teams revise their HMW before submitting.
