📚 How Farmers Grow Our Herbs

Students rotate through picture cards and short read-aloud texts about mint, chamomile, and lavender from local farms. In pairs, they discuss how each herb is grown and harvested and why it is a natural resource. Students add one labeled drawing and one sentence (or dictated sentence) to their journals about how their chosen herb is used.
