🧪 Fair Test with Mint & Chamomile

Using two clear pitchers, the teacher models changing only one thing (2 scoops mint vs. 1 scoop mint) while keeping water amount and steep time the same. Students act out being “variables” by holding picture cards (water, scoops, time) and physically step forward when they change. Together, the class names the changed variable and the kept-the-same variables.
