🗺️ Empathy Map and Assumption Check

Teams sort interview notes, guest quotes, and observations into an empathy map with sections such as likes, worries, needs, and surprises, then connect those patterns to their chosen dish and audience. Students give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise their map by clarifying which ideas come from evidence and which are still assumptions to test in the next phase. Each team creates a brief evidence board that names one audience need, one sustainability concern, and one design question to carry forward.
