🚚 Food Truck Day Gallery Walk

Students set up and present their chosen final artifact—such as a Cargo Manifest panel, Global Guest Pamphlet, Sutori timeline, photo essay, storyboard, or infographic layout—alongside their truck display. During the gallery walk, each student explains a migration map, one climate profile detail, a sustainability stake, and a 3-Question Defense to families, school staff, administrators, and the invited chef or food truck owner. Visitors leave feedback with sentence stems or picture-rating cards, and students end with a brief whole-class roundtable to name one challenge, one revision they made from feedback, and one insight about real-world ingredient sourcing.
