Design Empathy Interview Protocols

Students will design and practice an empathy interview protocol, crafting open-ended questions and conducting mock interviews to surface challenges new arrivals face, guided by the Essential Question: How can we effectively communicate the unique culture and layout of our school to new students using a mobile app? A brief reflection and peer feedback round will help refine questions for Day 3's User Research Artifacts.
