Document User Interviews

In small groups, students synthesize what they learned from interviews and observations into empathy artifacts. They produce at least three interview notes, two observation field notes, and accompanying empathy and journey maps. Using a shared protocol, groups identify patterns, user needs, and tensions around disguise, crafting a concise research pack that will inform subsequent analysis and performance decisions. Groups will share artifacts for peer feedback to refine their understanding of user perspectives.
