Outline Legal Argument

Small groups develop an outline that frames the central, arguable question about corporate duty of care and adolescent mental health. They produce a Claim-Evidence-Reasoning structure, create a logical flow diagram showing how each piece of evidence supports the claim, and map evidence-to-claim connections. As part of credibility practice, each group identifies two credible sources and one questionable source, writing a concise justification for each and noting how these sources could inform their legal argument. Deliverables include the written outline, the flow diagram, and the credibility notes.
