Empathy Artifact Synthesis

Using Day 1 findings, students organize and present user research artifacts: minimum 3 interview notes, observation field notes, empathy maps, and journey maps. In small groups, they synthesize insights, identify common anxiety drivers, and prepare artifacts for feedback from peers and potential users.
