Frame WWI Tech POV

Students work in small groups to create a user-centered problem definition linking WWI technological innovations to warfare strategies. They identify a user group affected by a technology (for example, infantry, engineers, or commanders), conduct a brief interview with a guest historian or a role‑played user to uncover needs and constraints, and develop artifacts: a POV statement, 3–5 How Might We questions, 2–3 user personas, and a simple problem tree or systems map. Groups iterate these artifacts based on feedback from their user contact to surface design implications for later phases.
